Super Cleaning Bros provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Boulder, Colorado and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on client needs and property condition.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone at (720) 303-5927, or by email at info@supercleaningbros.com.

• Clients must provide accurate property details to receive a proper quote and ensure service readiness.

• By booking, you authorize our team to enter your property at the scheduled time to perform cleaning services.

3. Payments

• All payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payments.

• Invoices must be paid in full before follow-up appointments are scheduled.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

• Super Cleaning Bros reserves the right to reschedule due to emergencies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right at no extra cost.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing access to the property at the scheduled time

• Securing pets, valuables, and fragile items

• Notifying us of any safety hazards or special cleaning needs in advance

7. Damage and Liability

While we take great care in your home or business, accidents may occur. Please report any concerns within 24 hours.

• Super Cleaning Bros is insured and will evaluate and address damage claims on a case-by-case basis.

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear-and-tear.

8. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Misuse or disrupt our site

• Copy or reuse our content without permission

• Submit false information through contact or booking forms

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the updated terms.
